Many e-bay sellers are now choosing "Print My Check" over Pay Pal.

Actual Seller complaints:

 I sold a laptop on ebay and the guy that bought it paid thru paypal. I offered free shipping with USPS ground and that included insurance. Well He refused that shipping method and wanted USPS Priority without insurance. I did get a delivery conformation. Well this guy now states he never recieved it. He filed a claim with paypal and paypal closed it saying I proved a delivery number. Well one month later I got an email from paypal saying transaction complete. They took 450.00 out of my account and stated that I did not provided a signature confermation of delivery and that there policy states anything of 250.00 has to have a signature of delivery. Now my business account is 450.00 in the hole and this guy got the laptop and his money back. Can someone help me or give me advise. I can't believe this is happening to me.
